algorithm angst

For my print series, I explored the tension between artificial intelligence and human anxiety, questioning the unknowns that come with technological evolution. Created as part of a typographic workshop, the project visualizes the unease surrounding AI—its unpredictability, its influence, and the blurred lines between control and autonomy.
The design relies on bold yet fragmented typography, distorted structures, and algorithmic patterns that reflect the chaotic dialogue between human perception and machine logic. The prints maintain a deliberate contrast between precision and disruption, mirroring the duality of AI as both a tool and a source of existential uncertainty.
With Algorithm Angst, I aimed to translate the abstract fear of artificial intelligence into a tangible visual language, prompting reflection on how we navigate this rapidly shifting landscape—between fascination, dependence, and the unknown.
